Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Who is this circle for?
This circle is for someone who:
Knows they should be tracking their finances
Knows consistency matters
But struggles with follow-through
It’s for people who value discipline over drama.
It’s not for those looking for stock tips, crypto signals, or personalised financial advice.
This is a behavioural accountability circle.
2. Is this really free? what’s the catch?
Yes, it’s free.
There are:
No upsells
No promotions
No affiliate links
No hidden funnels
No monetisation
If you’ve read my work long enough, you’ll know this is about impact, not income.
This is my way of being intentional with the time I have left — creating something meaningful for a small group of people.
3. I don’t have time.
Updating your net worth monthly should take 20–30 minutes once your system is set up.
If you don’t have 30 minutes a month to review your financial life, it’s not a time issue - it’s a priority issue.
The question becomes:
Do you want clarity, or do you want comfort?
This circle is for those who are ready to prioritise clarity.
4. I’m not comfortable sharing my numbers.
You do not need to share real numbers.
You can:
Grey them out
Mask them
Blur them
Replace them with placeholders
The goal is not comparison.
The goal is proof of behaviour.
You are accountable for doing the work - not for revealing or signalling your wealth / status.
5. I don’t have a template. what do I use?
You can use:
Excel
Google Sheets
A notebook
A finance app
Create one that you can stick with. If needed, I can provide a template.
Remember: complexity kills consistency.
Keep it simple.
6. I don’t know how to choose my secondary goal
Your secondary goal should answer this question:
“What is the one financial pressure I most want to remove right now?”
It could be:
Paying off credit card debt
Building an emergency fund
Saving for a home deposit
Reducing mortgage
Investing toward financial independence
Increasing savings discipline
Pick the one that will give you the most mental relief if achieved.
Clarity creates momentum.
7. Can I have more than one secondary goal?
No.
When you add too many goals, nothing moves.
Focus on one immediate secondary goal.
Build traction. Build rhythm. Build identity.
Then move to the next.
Discipline compounds when attention is concentrated.
8. How do I know where to invest?
This circle does not provide investment advice.
No product recommendations.
No stock tips.
No crypto calls.
You are responsible for choosing your strategy based on your own goals and risk tolerance.
This circle supports behaviour - not product selection.
9. What if I miss one month?
You joined this circle to stay accountable.
If you miss one month, that’s okay. Life happens.
But to prevent a second miss, you are required to make a $50 donation to a charity of your choice - or to the Pancreatic Foundation.
This is not a penalty.
It’s a commitment signal.
A small financial reminder that you take this seriously.
You’re not being punished.
You’re reinforcing discipline.
And then you reset.
And you show up next month.
10. What if I miss two months?
If you miss two consecutive months without communication, you will likely be removed from the circle.
Not as punishment.
But because this space is intentionally small and commitment matters.
There may be someone else waiting who is ready to show up consistently.
You are always welcome to reapply when you are ready.
11. Can my partner join as well?
No.
This is not a couples’ financial coaching space.
This circle is built on individual responsibility.
One person taking ownership allows us to positively impact more individual lives.
12. How long will I be in the group?
There is no fixed timeline.
You remain in the circle as long as:
You are consistent
You are engaged
You still benefit from accountability
When reviewing your net worth becomes automatic and your financial discipline feels self-sustaining - you’re ready to graduate.
13. What does graduation look like?
Graduation is not about hitting a specific net worth number.
It’s about identity shift.
You graduate when:
You no longer avoid your numbers
Monthly tracking is second nature
Your systems are stable
You don’t need external nudging
You leave stronger.
You leave steady.
You leave disciplined.
14. What happens after I graduate?
This is where it becomes bigger than us.
Once you graduate, I encourage you to ask:
Can I now groom another 5 or 10 people in my own circle?
Can I pass forward the discipline, the systems, the mindset?
If this process helped you, you now have the opportunity to create a ripple effect.
From one to many.
Impact doesn’t scale through noise.
It scales through individuals who embody consistency and help others do the same.
That’s how small circles create large change.
